"Time and being are identical in the sense that both undergoes changes"- A favorite quotation of my mom's. When I picked them up at the airport, I was amazed how time seemed to have aged them. I have not seen them for close to 8 years, so I was stunned when I saw my parents again. That's when it hit me, I am getting older, they are getting older. People might say those words often, but I have not realized that aging is really inevitable. Those, made me realized that I have to take care of them, and have to take care of myself when my time comes.
It is not that easy to find people to do the good work that care home do and trust those people to take care of your loved one. You really have to get your homework done. You need somebody who has the same concern. Care issues affect everyone at some point in their lives. As the years go by we may all find ourselves unable to cope alone and in need of assistance.

Being the first grandchild, Arvin is getting spoiled now by my parents. He is just loving it when lolo and lola are around because he can just do whatever he wants. This photo was taken Sunday when we were strolling around the city with my sis. We found this arts outside a gallery museum and thought we would pose here, and of course, Arvin have to be in the middle with lolo and lola:)..check out another photos here
