Free Online Business Directory Listings Bring Great Consumer Prices.

Searching the internet has for many years been a bit of a science, instead of a simple task like it was in the mid 90's.
For a start, there are many more times as many pages as there used to be. The technology also has gotten more advanced, as in 'the old days' all you had to do was put some simple tag codes into the page, and the search engines would favor those tags over the title text.
But most of all, we nowadays have a mass of non-applicable pages coming up in straightforward searches.
So, taking it that we have good reason for searching the internet, whether it be researching for a school project, or checking out some other part of the world for news or vacation information, what is needed is to have a way to eliminate the trash results right from the getgo.
One of the better aspects of the internet is the ability to shop online. It has become a secure thing to do, especially with payment options such as PayPal. But when shopping, we have a main need from a search engine, and that is to ignore results that are from places that do not allow purchasing.
In such a situation, unlike when watching TV, we actually WANT the advertising content!
Someone has had a clever idea that I hope will make them a fortune, as it is a great idea that hopefully will take over the searching aspects of online shopping. They have created a website directory called dirmania web directory where business advertisers can advertise free of charge. This in turn should create masses of entries, making the results really significant to online shoppers. Also, because of the quantity of online directory entries, the competition will be more prominent, thus reducing prices to a sensible profit level. This is a win-win situation for us all, as once the impact extends, it can even pull prices down at a local level.

My Hubby And His Cars!

I figured that when Hubby came home and proudly announced he had a great deal on a car, that he would be getting a car that he didn't have to spend hours working on. But that is not what has happened! He buys the car, a 2002 Hyundai, for $1500 and his old $800 car, for a total of $2300 and then is spending every day fixing it. It is amazing how much he can find wrong with it. He says it was cheap because it is getting old, but my pride and joy Jeep Grand Cherokee is a year older! Anyway, here is the list:
Polish headlight plastic lenses with special kit.
Adjust rear brake one side, and fit handbrake cable.
Adjust the other side brake, and find it filled with oil.
Buy new rear brake shoes, and 'wheel cylinder' whatever that is.
Fit the wheel cylinder and shoes.
Find that the other side now leaks oil!
Buy new wheel cylinder and fit it.

And today, he announced that he has some minor rust spots under the doors to fix. I think he might have too much time on his hands, but at least I get to drive a car that has had the work done at a great price! And it is a better hobby for him to have than womanizing!
