It is always great when I can pick up a few extra bucks by doing an additional job, and today I got a surprise job offered, and made a bit out of it.
I don't know if extra work is seasonal, I hope not, but I would say that it is likely that there will be less work during the winter months than there is in summer, just because there is always less going on generally.
Not like in warmer countries where the seasons are all warm, and the only thing to consider is avoiding the rainy season.

Searching the local or other Public Records used to be a very involved time-consuming process. It often involved attending in person the office in question, and getting the search done while you wait. The other way was to write a letter, then get a reply, often with a form to fill in, then submit the form and get the information a week later. So, it is great to find a searchable US database of public records.
