
My dad looks like he's fit and he looks like his health is on top shape. Before he came from the PI, he bikes everyday from early morning to the beach which will take him about 2 hours. And then another two hours coming back home. But he is one of the thousands of people who suffers from a chronic illness, diabetic. It's the reason why he have to stay fit and watch his diet. Well, we found out that he also suffers from high cholesterol. I don't understand it because he looks fit.
