Stress out???

Well, there's no doubt in my mind that some of us are getting stress out for Christmas. Every time I turn around, I get asked: 'are you done your shopping yet?" well, my response would always be: "i will be done the day before Christmas!" LOL..well, I just read from a magazine that eating bananas, which are high in vitamin B, have a calming effect on us. And when they are frozen and dipped in chocolate, they're a stress-buster that will make you feel like a kid again! So there you go, go for bananas folks!
