My dad looks like he's fit and he looks like his health is on top shape. Before he came from the PI, he bikes everyday from early morning to the beach which will take him about 2 hours. And then another two hours coming back home. But he is one of the thousands of people who suffers from a chronic illness, diabetic. It's the reason why he have to stay fit and watch his diet. When he came here last June, I wanted to get the doctors here to look at his situation to make sure that everything is what he said it is. Well, we found out that he also suffers from high cholesterol. I don't understand it because he looks fit. I thought people who have high elevated levels of cholesterol are only those who are overweight. I certainly needs to attend some courses about this.
